fiat panda 1.3 dpf problem

hi today came this car with light from regen on.owner said that car has already dpf off.i tried to reset dpf but i have failure with two programs.i searched and found original file can anyone fix this problem?also upload and the mod.
car is fiat panda 1.3 with mj8df2 ecu
