Hello,

Can anyone help me to get this EGR and swirl valves completely off.

The egr is blocked with a plate, but i'm still getting P0400 code.

I put all egr values to 0 , but this didn't help, maybe it also has to do with the swirl valves, is it possible to put them always open or just off, so that we can lock them open.

I don't think i have all maps, or maybe need to read with ktag to have it full.

See attached read out with kessv2, and a mod file with the egr values to 0.

Hi Mate,

Kess doesn't give you the full read out on the astra 1.9. You need ID it and then start with an original file or better yet use MPPS v13.02 to read it as this will give you the full maps.

Hello,

Read out with ktag from alientech then, the customer support told me to do that, maybe there where more maps then, but i wasnt sure if that's the only solution.

I got a file from motocrazy, but i don't know what is changed there, i see the differences, in the egrmaps like i allready did, but also in other places not explained in my driver with ecm titanium, but i don't know what it means what he has changed.
