Ferrari California Roof Failure

Need forum help with Ferraru California roof.

When I open the roof, it opens for about 10 cm, stops and a mistake 37419000 appears. Does anyone know what that means? Thanks in advance!

In short no idea, but would suspect that because of your low activity count start with pump
beyond was that no scooby

chances are its same set up as a xxxx car only few makers if roofs a/c and etc

We have second hand one more pump, same fault..
I Think - some mechanical stuck, just no any description about that fault. And no idea, where can get description
