Renault master mini coach

Hi guys i wonder if you can help? I bought a 2003 Renault master mini coach which had been sitting for many years meaning the battery was dead in both the bus and the key. I have done all of the usual but the but it still won't start. I read online that as it's trying to turn over and the IMMO light on the dash flashes faster that the key has probably lost it's code and is no recognised by the sensor. I have tried to download the renaultimmcode.exe from this forum but it says i can't download. Any ideas how I can bypass the IMMO to get it started so I can get it off the drive.
