Megane 2 Power steering is giving DF035 fault code and steering is not working

What is the solve of DF035 fault code power steering??

This malfunction causes a decrease in the gain or
lack of amplification with the signal lamp "STOP" and output
messages or gain limits of 30% with signal
lamp "SERVICE" and a message.
- The computer remembers the conditions for the occurrence of the malfunction (operating values
