can someone check did in engine ecu have stored km ,ecu is bosch edc16c34 eprom 95160 721586

somebody already change in dash on 180225 ,may be he change and in ecu ,but ecu is not opened till now .owner know that old km is about 310000 and he want to change in engine ecu
