Panda 1100cc IAW 4AF.SS hw407 IMMO OFF not found

I collegue,
i have this ecu 4AF.SS hw407 whit ST95160
i know this tested and Working Solution for IMMO OFF:
TOTAL

0090 FFFF 0000 0000 0000 40F4 FFFF 0055 6B0C
00A0 FFFF FFFF FFFF AD55 0000 0000 0000 0000

But in my bin file e2p ST95150 not found this value.
IT's possible???
Anyone can help me, or whit tested solution over my attacchment file

dont work, car wont start, whit ignition coil removed, and eprom SPI Locked.....
Any idea???
now whit ori file car start whit onlu 1 key of 2 total key, 1 work and 1 not work

Now it's tested from me...
And not work my friend. Lock last key working before write your file bin. For restart engine whit 1 of 2 keys present. I need to rewrite original file in at95160...
I am confused I cannot say an 20 years old ecu can make al of this issue...
I am frustrated

Rafael Imho and whit all my respect for your job. But I don't think problem is in hw programmer.... Gq4x can lock eeprom after writing. I can test whit upa
.. But if 1 file need to locked write protection and file is good car start for 1 2 or 10times and after stop working. In this case never start car whit all 2 keys. And only 1 of this 2 keys it's broken... Mistery box...
