VW Passat 1,6tdi CAYC Injector Deviation Minimal Quantity ERROR

Hello,
I just play with VCDS at basic settings injector minimum deviation quantity, and now engine have a metal sound and runs really bad.
I let VCDS to run basic settings for more than one hour, but is not returning any result, just running...
Can someone please by flash file? I heard that is possible.

last time when i did it, the sound gone after 30km drive. Did you try to drive for while?

i drive it 24Km, maybe some better, but not good as before to play with basic settings, initially was just perfect.
