edc16c39 opel astra limiter problem

Hi . I have problem with tune my car.

I cant find torque limiter in edc16c39 ( i found 1CC8EE, 1CED20 and gear limiters before)

The maximum moment it obtains is 280nm (dynamometer 300nm). Please help.
