View Full Version : Cannot lock 95% of channels...HELP*

HI Guys ...

Searched on tens of forums and still nothing .

I have DM500s clone.When i search channels ussually i cannot lock on them there is only few channel i can lock. ( turksat2a/3a 42E )
There is 150-200 channels , free or encryoted but i cannot lock even free ones.
In 200 channels i can lock only of them

Tested :
-few different image
-Cabling and LNB working
-Q72 (mosfet) changed ( on some forum its show that there is voltage prb)


Do you have idea whats going on ?.:stupido:

Is your dish motorised? Maybe your alignment has shifted slightly and needs tweeked back.

yes , its motorised ... but..

I am using my backup receiver kopernikus , without any problem .

btw : even on my Dm500s signal and qualilty was great.

i went to my neighbor just tested DM500s same sh** ..

Maybe try the latest http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/f39/satellites-xml-8050/ file.

It may be that the degree in your existing file is out slightly.

Sounds strange that a few different images are doing the same.

nop i tried few images ... so i dont think its something like that...

Somehow my DM500s cannot detect the signal on some frequencies so i cannot lock on them.

damn i made a cut on 4 les mosfet transistor ...
Now my signal dropped to <60% , i have to replace Q72 .

i have two problems now ...

maybes the tuner is faulty m8, not totally unheard of and with it being a clone could make it even more likely

hmm , i paid 115 euro for a clone .. damn , i didnt know .

i'll try to find or buy new tuner .. thanx

eh????

you stated it was a clone in your first post m8 lol

the tuners arent easy to do m8 you need to be excellent with a soldering iromn and have the correct tools to do it. send it back m8
