Porsche MED17.1.6 Immo off need or replace immo data

I have Porsche cayenne With ECU MED 17.1.6 water was in ecu and ecu is broken, but i read it. I buy MED17.1.6 from touareg with same Engine. Car start for few second and stop engine. Can you make immo data to run car or Immo off?
In attach old ecu dumps and donor ecu dumps.
