VAG EDC 17C46 IMMO ON

I have VW Jetta 2.0tdi in my garage. car came with SAFE message and immobilizer active warning also. Customer bought ECU through online which is already Immo OFF by seller.
But now customer want to Immo On and to do online adaptation by ODIS to make it original normal condition. Seller also dont have original EEPROM file .
Can anyone make it IMMO ON. Old ecu was stolen,so dont habe old ecu files.herewith i attached EEPROM file read by KTAG.

Immo off can olso be done in flash.

You must post Flash and eeprom to make it immo ON.
