Hi i have a mercedes 320s which will not start when i read the fault codes 1617-002 control unit EEPROM error occurred during the last read operation stored. and you can not hear the egr ect wissling in engine bay. so i got a donner ecu plug it to car and egr valve wissling and no codes about eeprom error, so i cloned the ecu with ktag and when its pluged on to car will not start and fault code about eeprom error showing. so i removed the eeprom from the original ecu 95320, and put in to new ecu sill have code for eeprom error. if i put the new ecu eeprom data in i have no eeprom faults but car will not start and can not get out of p, i think the original eeprom is needs check sum or is corrupt. can please can you check the eeprom, and correct the file, the ecu is a bosch 0281 012 176. A648 150 24 79 cr3.43 3.2L. thanks,
