Ok I will try one of those.

I have miraclone and it does not accept this file, I don't know what is going on with this because I can't program new card via OBD either because none of my tools can bypass PIN, there is something wrong with ELV, it do not lock when I pull the card out but not sure if this have something in common.

Can someone check this file for me in other TAG programmer?

Your file is not accepted in VVDI keytool, and some other Renault dump tool.
It appears to be faulty,
We can see the vin, so it is not all bad.
If you are not sure about the elv, use a emulator like julie.

I compared with other dumps and miraclone accept them (with mask 3k91d) but do not accept mine which is different but do not remember now which exactly.

I reported to miraclone support to fix that.
