View Full Version : TUAREG 2007 3.0 TDI BKS ECU missing

Hi
Car come with no ECM(ECU).Just missing.
Owner buy a used one.EDC16CP
Now glow light flashing, message for immo appears, and other modules(TCM,gearbox,.. ) had errors for wrong coded ECM.But VCDS and FVDI has no communication with ECM.Kessy has error for not adapted ECM.

Is it possible kessy block communication with ECM?
Do I have to do anything in advance on the bench with ECM?

I think NAVI is not from this car.Can that be the problem in this case?

so ECU bought second used and no communication with ECU ?? no communication via OBD ??
power supply, mass, CAN-s checked ??

@ madbg - if you are asking about basics things so I am sure that you will not repair this car by self.

It was wrong ECU.After couple of ECUs changed - things are ok.
