Hi guys.I m working on a 2007 VW CRAFTER 2.5 162 EDC16CP34.
The car was previously "done" by someone else who tried to remote the dpf and i think he used some sort of software(volta ,ads ...) problem is that i cannot flash the ecu .
First i ve readed the flash by obd with kess ,it gone fine no error. When my tuner send me the mod file i got an error related to checksum.
I opened the ECU and BDM readed with KTAG ,e2p went ok,MPC ok but when i got to the flash saving it gave me an error on checksum and the file is only 600 kb size.
The cars does the same ( a flashing light /spring) and absolutely no error on diagnostics.
I think there might be a problem with my ktag because i found a fullbdm file wich i tried to write but before the writing procedure starts it gives me the same error "Checksum error" .
Now i want to try flashing it with galetto witch i used so far only on OBD2 .
Can i use it with the BDM adaptor of the KTAG? i SEE that it needs extra +12v and ignition and this is the part unkown for me.
Can someone provide me some pictures of the wiring to the adapter?
