KESS v2.47 and SID309

Hi friends. I have read Opel Movano B 2.3 with SID 309 engine ecu via obd2 with KESS. Kess read til 100% and save file but i get error message CHECKSUM ERROR and after that error UNCOVERABLE ERROR SYSTEM WILL RESTART or something similar. And KESS software shut down. I am attached file read with KESS. I am not sure did file read completly, it is file good read and what will happend if i try to write repaired file back. After this car start, tried 4 times but always the same. Voltage in car was 12.44v. Anyone have experience and can give me advice related to this Kess software.
