Just thought this may be useful to some with the original Miracle A9.

I put a cheap bluetooth dongle like the picture (think from a bluetooth mouse) into my miracle and used the Code Master 2 software and it works like a charm... may save some spending 1k on the upgrade package from lockdecoders.

Good to have a backup / wear and tear saver.

Yes I suppose the A9 is a good workhorse so will put both in van and play on their strengths

Does upgrade you downloaded cover HU162 Paul ?

Are you running this off a separate tablet ?

Mine doesn’t asks to calibrate - do that - then eventually cuts a key that resembles something cut with a pair of pliers by Stevie Wonder. Tried everything and gave up in the end.

Few keys are hit and miss on A9 have to go under card number or different vehicle but apart from that it’s been a good all rounder. The A9 is a sturdy workhorse so can’t complain too much

yh wish redt would charge a small yearly fee and do some more updates. Maybe if everone emailed them they would realise there is still a market in the old A9.

I know at least 3 men still carry the A5 in the van as back up tool. Yes a 2020 update via USB would be the ticket

Mine gets worked pretty hard all week and its a great machine.
It has some minor bugs which I reported to them but they never fix them.
