Dear Everybody,
I have a big Problem with my car,
I have used Galletto 1260 on my ECU:
Opel Astra G 1.4 16V (Z14XE, 2003)
It has read the ECU, was everything fine, BUT
after the writing and everything looked ok, my car didn't work and still doesn't just the starter runs.
I tried to check the ECU with the program, but my ECU showed itself EMPTY!!! No data on the screen, only lines.: ------
I tried to write it again, but I have got the message:
Errore SK1 (Seed Key)
After I tried to unblock the immo with its key but car not works.
Please help me, what is the problem, what I did wrong, how can I repair it (OP-COM, Tech2) ? What I have to do?
I read on the web that Transponder or something has blocked the ECU to inject fuel...
Using OP-COM can help? How does it work?
Please, HELP!
Thanks,
Botond

Hi Tuning Runner,
Thanks for your answer.
Do you have any idea how can I unblock my ECU?
OP-COM is good for it?
Because Galletto was reading, after that writing the ECU, program was successfully done. After this I couldn't start the engine, ECU has been blocked.
I don't know which map is on it, new or old one or nothing, I think the new. Because ECU has been blocked just after writing.
But I will know it just after unblock the ECU...
So please, if you have any advice or experience send me an answer.
Thanks

Again, it looks like you've bricked your ecu properly.
Could you also post what you have written to the
ecu ? this will perhaps clear some people's questions.
A nasty situation that calls for experts.
This will cost you money, eventually if you want
your car quickly back onto the road.
i think this one can help you out :
Blue Streak Europe - Remanufacturing engine management systems, ABS units and air flow meters (http://www.bluestreak.co.uk/bs/index.php?id=models&manufacturer=Vauxhall)
Notes: Need KEY and TRANSPONDER MODULE to test this unit - 72 HOUR SERVICE!!!! ALSO NEED FAULT DETAILS-- NO DECODE AvailableVauxhallAstra2000-Delphi HSFI 212214850REU4850LUEU4850?275
A recode at the vauxhall-dealer will also be a costly thing. Just inform to know what they'll charge for it.
If your readed out source is correct, then perhaps a soldering
plus reflash-job with a eprom-programmer will do it. Again,
it will cost you the time for the specialist to do this.
According to a italian chiptuning company (elettronica (http://www.shopmarianituning.it/elett_opel_i.asp)) the checksum of the opel DNHL ecu is 20EB
Tuning Runner -> can you explain why you think his file
is correct ? the checksum in winols-demo says : 21F1
This is differently than the italian website's checksum (20EB).
perhaps there are multiple software-versions for this ecu,
or the immobiliser code is also stored into the ecu (unique
code, therefore the checksum changes ?)
Thanks,
Pvl

Hi,
I wrote back the original file, because Galletto should change it.. I think it was a wrong idea, because now I don't know what changed...
I checked the car with OP-COM. Everything was in it: VIN, MKN, Sec code..
But, I've got this:
- Negative answer to service 0x30
Reason: 0xA4
Reason: unknown
In the measuring blocks:
Trnsp. Status: Wrong TP-Key
Transp. key #2: programmed
Transp.: Transmitted
Engine request: not received
I reseted Immo, Engine Control Module and Tr.Keys. After that
Reprogrammed using OLD Tr.key. I didn1t try program it with new, because I don't know how does it work.
How can I know what is the original Tr.Key code?
Fault Codes:
B3059
B3060 - Unknow TP-key Not Present
