peugeot 407 egr off

hi to all have peugeot 407 1.6 hdi edc16c34 have turbo problem sometimes it work and sometimes don't work with diagbox have 0 dtc but when i disconnect egr turbo work and car have power all is ok so i want to make egr off can someone help me with good solution
