Hi is it possible to clone a cluster from a 2007 smax or does it need ford IDS to do the job

It is possible....just write eeprom from old mcu to new

Yes very possible copy 9s12 and write to the next dash but make sure the replacement dash BDM function still works and its the same part number dash
