Fiat 500 instrument cluster common fault

Hello.
Not been around for some time (family stuff).
Back now and searching for a solution / repair of a Fiat 500 instrument cluster
Common fault with abs etc warning light flashing / on when hazard lights / indicator in use.
I have stripped the cluster as far as i can (not shure how to pull needles off)
I dont have much time with this cluster thats why i am jumping the gun and asking how.
I know this is a sensitive ask for help (for obvious reasons) so pm is accepted

I can see the eprom and could remove but looks easier to read using your conection points.
I am looking how to repair the common fault with other warning lights flashing with indicator.
