Skoda Fabia 93c86 PIN needed

I read with Xprog which I always use for eeproms.

Now I see Tango got this module and none of eeprom is accepted, I read in 3 ways by xprog, here other 2 dumps:

The story is I didn't touch this cluster. A friend of mine want to swap cluster and he'd only wanted me to read eeprom and obtain PIN code from this 93c86 which he desoldered by himself and delivered me in a little bag... Is there any other 93c86 in this cluster?

No other 93c86, I think is not need to desolder the eprom, for Fabia he would been able to read PIN by OBD, maybe has another story

Some dash are crypted and can't be read by OBD, aren't they? I'm talking about 2006-2008 years and this car is some between them.
