VW Golf 1.8t P0601 Checksum Error

Hi
I got problems while reflash Original software.. MPPS Checksum Error

Now i reflashed the Original file with Nefmoto Flasher..Car won't start because DTC P0601 Internal Control Modul Checksum Error



I read out the EEPROM bin.
Can someone take a look if the .BIN is ok?
