hyundai accent 24c16 need to deactivate ABS and EBD

I had replaced a dashboard for 2017 Hyundai accent . I could change mileage but there are 3 leds ON ( ABS , EBD , and parking brake )

I need to turn ABS and EBD off and make parking brake work as usual ( Now it is always on even when parking brake is down )

I tried to take some eproms from here . one of them worked fine but it also shut off airbag indicator!

the main problem that this function cannot be programmed through OBD

What about to put original data in new dash?

the old dashboard is damaged . I couldn't read data from old eeprom ( drown )
