I have problem with 2.2d captiva
Car dont start, parametrs ok, no error, just injectors are not drive.
Could you look at this dump or some ori file to the same ecu please?

you have only replaced old egr with new one?....or you do also some operation with file or with diagnosis?

if you have changed only egr without touching file your solution is not one file with egr off

I have only replace egr, no remap ecu yet. Car start and stop after minute.
Egr off file from jurebv not working.

this means if it does not hear the air flow meter that works in start-up it does not start.
Check if you have loose or very cracked sleeves.

Ctrl all ecu dtc.

But in measures blocks there is air flow value, and without air flow it not starting too.

Maybe EGR is open all the time? Then the engine will behave like that!
Try to blind it or pull it out completely. You will surely find out the reason.

do you have a fuel pump in tank ?..rail pressure is ok at starter rpm? ...if egr is open engine fires one or two times mo make smoke to flood intake

Yes rail pressure is ok in starter. Camshaft and crankshaft rmp is ok but injectors are silent.

Car is running. There is problem with swirl flaps, which are demaged. I have remove it and car is start. Could somebody remove it from ecu please?
