Ford Fiesta from 2007 need Sync ECU with dash

Hi guys.
I have at my work a Ford Fiesta 1600 TDCI from 2007 that the costumer let it stay without battery.
I tried to sync it with the Ford machine but it gives me error trying to sync ecu.
Can someone please help me to sync ecu with dash?
Attached is a complete read of the ecu using K-Tag bdm, I made the complete read because the files can be useful for anyone.
