Hi there. Members will it be possible to do full bdm read with k-tag clone on Merc crd.2 Delphi ecu. Merc 220 cdi . Want to clone all info to used ecu. Customer suspect ecu to be the problem cause of injector wires shorting out. But no visible damaged could be seen on the ecu. Thanks in advance.

your pinout looks good...
12V and ground are on the right position...
protocoll for crd11 is also ok, 119...
you lifted pcb because you saw smoke and it started to smell...?
normally something like that happend when 12V and ground is on the wrong position...

the customer opened the computer box up. pulling it apart he pulled the big orange capacitor apart. breaking it rite of the capacitor leaving the wire pins behind. eventually he got a auto elec to fit another big capacitor to the board. they did solder it on correctly. im not sure if they fitted the exact same capacitor. according him they did find one from another broken ecu. before he opened up the ecu he could communicate with it. after the capacitor broken. could not communicate with ecu any longer. i just connected up everything according diagram. and saw smoke coming from the board. i actually fitted a similar ic. same thing happened again smoke started coming. . so i switched off everything. thanks dear friend. hope that helps. definitely didn't swap earth with positive around. thanks

This kind of ecu is not necessary to lift pcb...
He lift it before...
100% not without reason...
Better find other HW...
And start from beginning...

Yes, transfer flash and eeprom by soldering...
If mpc not match try to find bdm backup...
make it virgin and adapt by Mercedes DAS...
