Mitsubishi Lancer 2.0 DID EDC16U31 remove egr code P0404

I need solution to remove EGR error code P0404 please.
The car is in limp mode all the time, this error comes back right after I switch the ignition on.
The solution can remove EGR all together, I am fine with this.
