CAS3 Car not starting but Ignition after KEY Programming

Hello People,

I do have first Problem with a CAS3 ECU.


Yesterday I tried to program a new KEY (Car only had 1 working key) for M6 with CAS3 and MSS65.
First I tried via OBD but it wasnt possible to write.


Over ICP I did a Backup of EEPROM and FLASH. Then I did a new KEY. Every Step went fine. But the Car dont start. Ignition and Door open works without any problem.


I saw that somebody did before 2 Keys (Car had 4 Keys in Memory).


I already tried:
Backup write.
CAS/DME Synch
ELV SYNCH


The error is not in the CAS. The DME has failure 2798 EWS-Schnittstelle (EWS-Interface). When I try via ISTA to synch. Diagnose says check EWS Cable or broken CAS.
What can be the Problem? Corrupt CAS or Broken CAS?
I also checked the Pins on connector (all fine)

Unplug IbS and try again sync

I will give it a try.

But I think its either a broken CAS3 or a corrupt EEPROM/FLASH.
Are you able to check the data on my dumps?

no, dont have a ECU here to test sync...
Key 1-3 are Original Keys only KEy nr4 was added...
Key1 is emergency plastic key
Key2+3 the normal key fobs that came with the Car...

Okey. I also get different feedbacks.
While ACDP DME CAS Sync writes successfully.

ISTA ends up with no communication over EWS Signal.

when ACDP syncs the Car should start :P

I know. Usually I never had problems like that. Maybe someone can check the EEPROM. I will also test a new cas. Maybe it is damaged (by any reason I dont know).

Today I changed the CAS with a new used CAS and copied all Data. Still same Problem.


EWS Interface Error from DME. Synch not possible (Signal not valid)
Ignition works, Open Close Door works but Car only cranks not starts.


Can somebody help me?
