I think you need to get 2048 byte long file from 95160 chip, I might be wrong anyway.. You have multiple copies of same read in your EEPROM file.

I tried removing excess data pass 2kb (duplicates) but file looks BAD, no tool I have can recognize it.

I just read one ecu edc16c34 with ktag and got similar 8kb file.
I checked and it has 95160 3 W eeprom chip that Ktag reads as if were 64k 95640 chip instead of 16k so you get 4 times read of 2kb :)

Proper immo off is as follows:
extracting 2kb part,
doing immo off with tool of your chioce,
creating new file where you insert data 4 times in row,
then ktag can write it back successfully and all works fine.

is that tested?i have same ecu for immo off and what i see in post its impossible only work some emulator??
