VW51 1C0 909 605 A Index 11 Help

I´m trying to read / write an airbag module to see if i can "recover" this bastard, but i´m having a hard time writing using UPA (MC68HC908AZ60).
Can anyone tell me if i need to lift any pins on this so that i can write?
I´m able to read but when i try to write i get "2 Errors Found" message...

01224 - Control Module Does Not Match Vehicle
35-10 - - - Intermittent


I tried to read on the bench with CarProg and i was able to mofidy and write dump, but them VCDS couldn´t detect module...
Tried to load original dump, and it just can´t detect anymore...

Reading with UPA, from 0 to 1FF o get only FF´s, but from 200 to 3FF it reads some info (don´t know why)...
Can anyone help me out with this?

Lift up RESET pin when reading / programming by UPA.
Do you can connect to the SRS by carprog after programming by carprog?
Do you disconnect the power supply for at least 5s after programming?

Thanks. i will try this with lifted pin.
when i did 1st programming it read. but after writing the original dump with carprog it stoped reading with carprog.

Does anyone has or can get an Original File with dump from 0 to 3FF so that i can test on this?
We where able to do some testing and its all on the files... we now have connection on the bench with vcds but not on the car...

Traté de leer en el banco con CarProg y pude cambiar y volcado de escritura, pero el VCDS no pudo detectar el módulo ...
Intenté cargar el volcado original, y ya no puede detectar ...

Leyendo con UPA, de 0 a 1FF o solo obtiene FF, pero de 200 a 3FF lee algo de información (no sé por qué). .
¿Puede alguien ayudarme con esto?
