help please ktag generico error

hey guys hope all well im having an issue reading a toyota denso ecu with my ktag clone i keep getting error Generico and then i tried using my kess v2 v4036 i get ,,,protocol not found ,, i double checked my connection and my powersupply can someone please shed some light on a solution please thank you

I have same problem with toyota ecu after attempt to read....pop up "errore generico"

After that, ktag 2.25 won't recognise ktag with power supply (12v-13v) plugged in.

Only can recognise when no power supplied.
After can recognise by ktag 2.25,plug in power supply and tried to read any ecu - - pop up "errore generico" then freeze.

Had the Same issue on EDC17CP14 XROM when used IROM Plugin/Protokoll with KTAG 7.020....
Double Check correct protocoll.

what ksuite version are you using i tried different versions and that solved my issues in the past

I think the orig post is too old as there is someone who needs specific help... . I had same problem yesterday with clone on 7.020 and wanted to post my solution in this thread for others who stuck at same problem.
