CHANGE VIN IN KESSY AUDI A6 3.0 TDI

After i have change the vin in kessy because my friend have put a nnew kessy and key and ecu because the kessy is out of serve
uhds want a class for programm the new vin
i have put 00
the data is changed but now the car won't start
i have put the old vin put the probleme is same!!
how i can solved my probleme

old elv dump?
new dump elv?
empty the ecu?
the powerclass is in the ecu flash memory not eeprom

Did you read Kessy eeprom before you chnage VIN, if you did post eeprom of kessy here ?
