Hi , I have problem with BMW E90 320D 177 N47 engine EDC17CP02 sw 509478 with DPF filter. It’s my first attempt to tune EDC17.
Car won’t inject more than 61,5mg at 2000 rpm ( stock value ), there is enough air mass to inject more ( about 1261mg airmass at 2100rpm in log ). After 2750rpm car inject more fuel 78mg ( stock about 60mg ). I want to tune it in elegant way without tricky with TQ to IQ map.
I change Driver Wish, Gearbox Torque limiters, Torque by DPF pressure, temperature, Torque limiters , Single Value Torque limiter, disabled Torque monitoring, Torque by fuel temperature.
SOI maps aren’t touched yet, only IQ axis, I will do it later when car inject more fuel.
There is no error in DDE from Torque monitoring only 480A from DPF and some from glow plugs module.
I missed some limiter , could someone tell which ?
In attachment there is .OLS file with ori + remap file + maps. It just first steps in tune , not final tune.
