Read POST#2 again.... also you need Unlock radio from previous car first...

There is no other option as you put it.... Tech2 FULL supports NDCD2013 & NDCD2015, not Opcom, not VauxCOM, OpelTech.....

There is option to change 2 flash and eeprom for Virgin, but not here because not free solution
