Insignia 2.0 Limp mode

Hey guys,
I have an Insignia 2.0 CDTI 2015
It got a Stage 1 and every few thousand km it throws error P0234-11

Tuner said he has many customers with the same settings and the problem is my car.
We even tried another file but it didn't work either.

What could theoretically be the problem (mechanical?) for that to happen?
Turbo sounds normal and car runs great otherwise.

It's just a little annoying that sometimes I have to restart the car for it work normally again.

Sorry I don't have the file for you because I just have Kess and it can't read that ecu... maybe you still got a clue or had the same...

So I will see if it comes again and change it then.

May I ask if you know why that just started after Stage 1?
Never happened stock. I am just curious and want to learn.
