I fried my original 98 E55 W210 ME2.0/ME2.1 ECU and replaced with an identical part number. Didnt realise that it had the tuning map on a different chip so only swapped the DAS chip. I have the original EPROM but cant read it with my galetto as it doesnt have a DAS chip now, I can unsolder and solder into the new ECU but I think its safer if I can just find a standard E55 map from somewhere and write it to my new ECU.
