I've a Ford Fiesta 1,5tdci 75hp with westegate. My client install on car turbo of focus 1,6tdci with VGT ( both turbo are controlled by vacuum pump ) , downpipe 60mm , intercooler , dpf off and egr off. I paid a tuner to do me stage 3 , the car go very well , but when i go in full load the car has a lag...return to go up...lag...go up... I checked with log that when pressure manifold sensor read 2550mbar , the car lag , pressure go down ... I paied a tuner stage 3 300€ but stolen my money... can you help me ?

255 is the maximum value that can be represented in a byte (8 bits).
The value you are logging is not designed to show any pressure higher than 2550 mbar.
First measure how high the boost actually is. It might be more than your map sensor can cope with.

it is possible that the n75 map was copied from another file .. you can try to put this original and see if variable geometry works differently ..

also possible problem tq limit and iq

Can you help me?a lot of tuner tell me that this mod file is possible,but after a week and 25-26 solution i have same problem.i will crazy with this car...i have not experience eitj this evolution stange and pay for it without solution....
