912B32 help me read and fix

I have a 2000 bmw 540i with two airbag faults that won’t clear

Faults:
f0 internal fault
0d airbag, driver, stage 2

Previous shop replaced new drivers airbag and put a used (salvage yard) control module but same faults.

Can someone help me read this mcu?
What tool should I use? And how do I read this? And is it fixable?

I have:
VVDI PROG ( I prefer to use this)
XGecu T56
GQ 4x4
Upa - clone
Xprog-box - clone
