BCM & ECU - Toyota RAV4 2010 - Bad Keys or modules

Been having an issue with a RAV4, Key that was begining to not work unless very close to the prox button. We reprogrammed the key and a few days later it stopped working, now can't program the key or a new key either. Before i go and get yet another key, wanted to check if ECU and BCM were ok, not sure if someone has the original dumps for these to verify it.

pls check if there is 5V in start button. If not, replace the smart module
