Hello mate , i dont know what file you put in your car but...

What causes the P0401 code?

The EGR valve does not open fully due to a low vacuum opening the valve from the EGR control solenoid or the EGR is unable to hold the vacuum.


The EGR temperature sensor does not register enough temperature change to open the EGR valve.


The EGR passages are partially blocked and not allowing sufficient exhaust gas flow into the intake manifold.
