Passat B5 Dash to New Mode

Hello,

I've got a used dash (3B0920849C) from a passat b5 and want to set it to "new mode" so the immobilizer isnt adapted, mileage to 0, no vin. I know I can adapt the immo/dash with pin but want to try/learn something new.

Anybode could explain/show it how to do it?

No real reason, only want to learn something because I didnt found that much information about "new mode" on the internet.
