please could you help me to make immo off on this ecu.

ECU is KEFICO BOSCH with ST10F275 and 95160. Reded by KTAG.

I turned turned immo box off. But it still does not working.

are you sure this ecu is the same as the one you tested
because it can be different, and therefore does not work

try and report please...immo switch not same adress I try to make your own file..if its not work I will make second file but this one will work
