Audi A3 8P VDO\Fujitsu AKL solution?

I have an Audi A3 AKL with a VDO\Fujitsu dash that VVDI2 will not read. i have read the eeprom from dash manually and have read the ecu and have 6 bytes of cs from ecu.
how do i program key manually so i can make dealer key? what software?

use carprog can read immo data wery fast by obd ,and also can write .
