JAGUAR X-TYPE 2.2TDCI START PROBLEM

Hello dk, i would need your help if possible. im fighting with a jaguar x type 2.2tdci 96kw fmba ford engine. this car stopped on the street and it was all off, dash, windows, lights. 15a fuse in the box above the driver's feet. I change it and the car starts to go well. 2km and the fuse dies again. I change it for the second time and try again. the car still stops but the fuse doesn't die anymore. everything works inside, but the glow plug light flashes and the starter motor does not turn. 0 faults in all the ecu, except in the ecm: p1582 throttle error, BUT THIS CAR DOES NOT HAVE IT .. the inertial has not entered, it is mounted next to the ecu under the passenger trunk. I changed ALL STARTER KIT, dash, ecu, central electronics on the passenger side, electronics on the driver's side, fuse holders in the engine compartment, but the error remains. p1582 and glow plug light flashing.
anyone have any ideas?
