But cant find 16x1 n75 pid upper limit map.

191070,1E58B8 are the upper limit maps- PCR_rBPGovMax_MAP

There is a reason for this map, beware of fixing that which isn't broken.

Thank you, i have turbo lag before 2500rpm, Despite these actions, problem not solved;

All turbo hose orings replaced and checked for leaks.
Vnt stop screw and arm controlled, vcds output test difference is 170mbar and duty cycle of n75 is %17 at wot 4000rpm
Block type n75 valve which include egr valve, changed to single type n75 valve
Vacuum pump is ok(-0.8bar at idle)
Possibility to fueling, tandem pump changed also injector balances are ok
Cylinder head, valves, rocker arms are new.
Timing is ok, torsion value is +1

So i want to try n75 duty cycle.

The turbo is the original one for this engine, or...?

"Vnt stop screw and arm controlled, vcds output test difference is 170mbar and duty cycle of n75 is %17 at wot 4000rpm"... and with DC 75% achieves the maximum stroke of the arm, or not? If the VNT is adjusted as it should - 75% are enough. If you have under-boost... there is other problem.

Turbo is standart, car is 2006 A3 2.0TDI BKD Quattro 100 000 km, modded to 70 mg stage1

Mate, just think... originally, there is no such Audi with turbo lag until 2500 rpm... with original software.
So you definitely have problem, which is not with the DC of the VNT valve.
Regards!

I agree with you. In my opinion there are 3 reason remain for this situation;

Faulty vnt actuator, checked there isnt any vacuum leak. Maybe actuator inner springs are hardened.
Time to hybrid turbo ( there isnt any noise on turbo)
Injector problem
