Which sort of maps should I get

I'm running tomtom 7 on my Navigo and as I've not had any luck getting the maps on the sticky, I've had a look on a couple of NZB sites. My question is do the normal maps work or do i have to get the PDA versions. Sorry if its a dft question bur it wont be the first time I've asked one. Cheers
