hello need help with xsara bsi show 999999 please

first i fix motherboards for laptops and another but not do this for car motherboard before
my car citroen xsara 2001 from long time while cleaning my car in wash station some water come inside my Tableau and everything going crazy and fix it and all back normal but 1 thing stay bad my km show 99999999 don't know what to do
