Audi S5 4.2FSI Bosch MED9.1.1 Lambda Off Please

Hi, I need rear lambdas off because CAT's removed. Car is Audi S5 4.2FSI 2008 with Bosch MED9.1.1. There are also error codes P0421 and P0431. Read by KTAG - MAPS option. Thanks!
